- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on order size, content and speed of delivery desired. We will notify you of the shipping method and tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

- We offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on all products sold in our store. Please contact us at sales@sparkcharge.lol to arrange your return.

- We offer 24-hour online shopping. While we make all attempts to only offer product which we have in stock, mistakes are always possible. We will contact you when a product is back-ordered or no longer available and offer you alternatives or a full refund.
